Marc is a Certified Personal Trainer in the Dorchester area of Boston, Massachusetts focused on providing the highest quality individual and group personal training services. With more than seven years experience and having conducted thousands of one-on-one personal training sessions, Marc has a proven track record of client satisfaction, retention and results. Marc provides the same energy to each client whether in a personal session or in a group setting. He is able to cater group sessions to meet the skill levels of each participant.
For one monthly fee, Marc provides up to 10 hours of training per week split between personal and group sessions. Presently, group sessions are held:
Mondays 6-7pm
Wednesday 8-9pm
Thursday 8:15-9:15pm
Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm
Private sessions are scheduled to meet the needs of the individual client.
Throughout the year, Marc offers a variety of engaging programs. Family Fitness allows parents and children to exercise together. Marc's boot camp squeezes 50 challenging workouts into 12 weeks. He provides Bridal Party Wedding Workouts to ensure each member of the bridal party looks amazing in her dress. He is also available to lead your weight loss group. Marc is also available for individual as well as team sports conditioning.
